Easy to find, quite close to Central Train Station. Quiet location. Shops just around the corner if needed. Very friendly staff and check in was swift (appreciated late at night). We had chosen a ‘Captain’ room (slightly higher tariff) as we preferred a room with a bed which could be accessed from both sides and photos seemed to suggest this room would suffice - we’re not spring chickens anymore. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case. I was left ‘doing the worm’ to get in and out of bed & obviously no bedside table/anywhere to put things like phone/glasses. The room was fairly spacious though, storage sufficient, enough power sockets (none bedside). No air con but temperature felt right. Found the bed comfortable. The small wetroom bathroom just wasn’t for us. We managed but it’s not our preference. Didn’t experience any noise from surrounding rooms/corridor. We realised (reading a card in the room) that if you want the room refreshed you need to tell reception by 10pm the night before. Wr hadn’t even arrived. We managed to keep the towels dry enough so were ok the following day. We had opted for breakfast which was enjoyable with enough variation. Dining in mostly on long tables seating 6/8. This is ok - depends on other customers. We had people just move our belongings whilst we picked breakfast/even did it whilst one of us stayed at our seats too. That’s a people thing though, not really the hotel’s fault. The common areas around reception were stylish and comfortable. Notwithstanding some things outside our preferences we still had an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is located in the center of Copenhagen. It was easy to take a bus from the airport to the hotel – the bus stopped almost in front of the hotel. It’s very close to the train station as well if you prefer to take the train. The rooms are small, which I expected based on the description from the hotel, but clean with plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. There is a coffee maker in the room with coffee and tea. The staff was super helpful with anything I needed or had questions about, including figuring out how much to pay for a bus ticket based on where I was going, loaning me a screwdriver to fix my broken suitcase handle, helping me with questions about things to see and do. The breakfast included eggs, hashbrowns, three different types of cereal, meats, cheese, a huge selection of pastries, multiple juices, as well as coffee and tea. I did feel the coffee was a little bit weak for my taste. If you’re looking for a budget hotel that is centrally located, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A great place if you're on a limited budget (not counting hostels) but still want full comfort. The rooms are very small, though not claustrophobic because of the large window that looks out over a quiet, green square. It's really fine for 1-2 people. With 3 I can't imagine there being any room to move. The bathroom makes clever use of its limited space. Careful, though: Don't put anything on the floor when taking a shower. That squeegee isn't there for the walls, but the flooded floor! The provided kettle was descaled (a rarity in hotels). The staff is present 24/7 and very friendly. They made me feel welcome and it was also possible to get extra supplies. The mini shop provides enough choices if you don't feel like leaving.

Location A1 5 mins from central train station but on a nice quiet back road. Entrance very grand for a budget hotel. Reception and staff great, very friendly and well stocked with beers and sandwiches. Lounge area very swish and relaxing, a lovely place to sit on an evening. A nice little garden area out the back with seating for some chill out space. Breakfast excellent, great choice. Rooms are comfortable but small but were absolutely fine for our purposes. All in all a brilliant hotel at a bargain price compared to most others in the area, highly recommended.

as stated its a budget hotel. The room had a television and a kettle with two paper cups provided along with tea/coffee. The bed was very comfortable. The bed sheets clean and fresh. The location of the hotel was excellent. My farthest destination in Copenhagen was a twenty four minute walk. I enjoy walking so this was not a problem for me. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. staff were accommodating and pleasant. during my stay my room was cleaned and fresh towels and bedding was installed.
